We were truly impressed by the company‘s professionalism. They were very accommodating with our special requests at the office, and sticked to the promised timeline. Chadwick and A.C. had a close look at our furnace and were amazing explaining everything from what we can do to service our unit, why certain parts are where they are, and how we can make improvements. Both of them were super patient and listed all the options we had to be able to make an educated decision about our furnace and HVAC. Overall we were very happy with the service from Sullivan and can only highly recommend them to everyone.

Desimond was excellent. Very professional and pleasant. I was running a little late to meet up with him. He said no problem worked on organizing his truck. He installed 2 new toilets, put my stove back in my kitchen. He moved my dining room table back in place, folded the sheets and towels I had down. He even hauled away the cardboard boxes that my floor installers left behind. He's one of the best???? My super hero????????

5 STARS - AMAZING COMPANY - I will be calling for all future plumbing needs. Garage was flooding due to floor drain not working and immense amounts of rainwater entering through the foundation walls. I found Sullivan Super Service on Google and decided to call around 7am. I was promptly called back within 15 mins and given a really good idea of how the day would go if I wanted to use their service. On one of the busiest days due to weather they had a tech, Jordan Coleman, out to my house by 9am. He was able to clear the drain and even was kind enough to verbally map out my plumbing to help me understand where problem areas could arise. He also informed me about a process that can be done to help old cast iron p-traps be "renewed" to plastic to prevent future clogs. He was kind, patient, and a pleasure to work with. I need some outside line work done soon and I will definitely be calling Sullivan and asking for Jordan if I can! Thank you so so much Jordan for providing relief in the most timely manner after a long night of vacuuming water. 5 out of 5 stars!

I am pleased with every worker that has come to my home. Trust me when I say I have seen my fair share. Have been dealing with burst pipes, water leaks etc. Sullivan has been the saving grace in all of this.

My experience with my furnace technician Bob was very good. He was very professional and courteous. The inspection itself went very well with no problems with the furnace or the thermostat. The overall experience was great. The initial call was answered properly, and the service technician came within the hour. The technician was friendly informative very helpful. However the issue is I called back to the main line around 12 PM, 1 PM and 2 PM and no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail and never heard back from them the rest of the day. they need to work on someone being available to answer the phones during prime time for questions and billing.

Yes. Very good. But I would like to know how many pinholes were dealing with. The VA has diagnosed me with a cognitive impairment and as a nurse of 50 years I can attribute this to carbon monoxide poisoning as it did not have occurred before I moved into this house. Please let me know if we could determine how much carbon monoxide is leaking, and how severe it is.

Work recently performed needed to be adjusted. Jack did a great job and worked efficiently to get it done. Everything was tested and he did not leave until he was satisfied. Thank you for being so efficient and understanding. Very satisfied. Back ti do the Spring HVAC check in March 2024. Tyler did an excellent job and in fact fixed a loose wire for the thermostat that was giving mr a slight issue. All is well and everything is working well. Thanks again.

We have had several service calls to Sullivan and are always pleased. This current service involves replacement of a basement water pipe which is very costly. They are able to start the work in three days and the scope of work includes replacement of the excavated sidewalks which means we don't have to get more estimates for that.
